If you'd like to return an item:

  • For items valued under R10,000 that you no longer want, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unopened and in its original packaging with the delivery note and invoice. A 15% handling fee will apply, and the return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
  • For faulty items, returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery. Please ensure all original packaging is included. The item will be inspected, and we will confirm whether it qualifies for a refund or can be repaired.
