Order Processing
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–5 business days. Processing times may be slightly longer during peak periods, new product launches, or when your order includes Back‑order items, hand‑made items, or supplier‑available products such as coffee makers & accessories, kitchenware, tea tools, small utensils, and blenders.
Back‑Order Items
If a product is marked as Back‑order, it means the item is in stock at our supplier, but not currently on hand in our Centurion warehouse.
Back‑order items add an additional 3–5 working days to the standard processing time while we bring the item in.
Hand‑Made & Made‑to‑Order Items
Hand‑crafted items are produced to order and require a 4–6 week manufacturing period. These items are not pre‑stocked and are made specifically for your purchase. For time‑sensitive gifting, please check availability with us before ordering.
Supplier‑Available Products
Products such as coffee makers & accessories, glass bowls & kitchenware, tea accessories, small utensils, and blenders are readily available at our supplier. These items typically ship within 5–10 business days. We keep very small quantities in stock to avoid ageing inventory.
Mixed‑Cart Orders
If your order contains a mixture of product types (Back‑order items, hand‑made items, supplier‑available items, or fresh small‑batch goods), the default shipping date will follow the item with the longest lead time.
You may request split shipping, but this will incur additional courier fees.
Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped from our office/warehouse in Centurion, Gauteng.
Door‑to‑Door Courier
Available nationwide and delivered to your chosen physical address. This option is ideal for larger parcels, gift boxes, and fragile items.
Locker Delivery (for qualifying small parcels)
For eligible small parcels, you may select delivery to a pre‑selected locker at checkout. This provides flexible, self‑service collection with extended hours. Locker availability is shown automatically based on parcel size and your delivery area.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary depending on your location and whether your order contains Back‑order items, hand‑made items, or supplier‑available products. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery method and location.
These fees are non‑refundable, unless the return or refund is due to an error on our side.
