We work with small‑batch makers, hand‑craft producers, and reliable suppliers — each with different production rhythms. Our stock system is intentionally lean to avoid waste and maintain quality.
Our Product Types & Their Lead Times
1. Fresh Edible Products

These items have shorter shelf‑lives and are produced in very small batches. We keep minimal quantities on hand, and most orders are fulfilled on back‑order to ensure maximum freshness.

2. Longer Shelf‑Life Goods (12 months+)

Still small‑batch, still limited. We hold small quantities and fulfil the rest on back‑order to avoid ageing inventory.

3. Hand‑Made, Made‑to‑Order Items

These pieces are crafted individually and require a 4–6 week manufacturing period. They are not pre‑stocked and are made specifically for your order.

4. M&P Personal Care Range

Produced in‑house in controlled small batches. These are the only products we keep in stock most of the time.

This includes coffee gear, tea tools, glass bowls, small utensils, and blenders. These items are readily available at the supplier and normally ship within 5–10 business days, though we keep only very small quantities in stock.

Mixed‑Cart Orders

If your cart contains a mixture of product types, the default shipping date will follow the item with the longest lead time.
You may request split shipping, but this will incur additional shipping costs.
