1. How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are dispatched within 2–5 business days. Delivery time depends on your location and the courier used. You’ll receive tracking info once your order is shipped.

2. Which courier will deliver my order?

We primarily use The Courier Guy, but may use other couriers depending on your location, the size of your order, and delivery speed requirements.

3. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link to follow your parcel’s progress.

4. How are shipping fees calculated?

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size/weight of your order.

5. Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently only deliver within South Africa.

6. What should I do if my order is delayed or damaged?
