Preparation

Infusion Temperature: 100°C (212°F)
Steeping Time: 5–10 minutes

Stovetop Moka Pot
Fill the bottom chamber with water to the valve. Loosely fill ¾ of the basket with rooibos espresso. Assemble, heat on medium, and remove once it bubbles. Serve according to taste.

Espresso Machine
Loosely fill ¾ of the basket with rooibos espresso. Heat water and allow the liquid to filter through into the cup. Serve according to taste.

French Press
Add 2–3 teaspoons (15ml) of rooibos espresso to the beaker. Add 200ml of boiling water, stir gently, and allow 5–10 minutes for infusion. Gently press down the plunger. Serve according to taste
