Chaloner Black Olive & Chilli Tapenade is crafted in small batches on the estate, reflecting the brand’s Mediterranean‑inspired approach and commitment to purity and slow‑made quality. The tapenade brings together the depth of black olives with a clean, lingering chilli heat, supported by capers, citrus, herbs, and Chaloner’s extra virgin olive oil.
Its flavour profile is straightforward and ingredient‑led, offering a savoury olive base with a gentle lift from lemon and a measured chilli presence. The texture remains true to the olives, with the occasional pip as part of its natural composition.
