Simply place the stopper in the spout, pour your pan drippings through the strainer, and allow the fat to rise to the top. When you remove the stopper and pour, the cooking liquid flows out first, leaving the fat behind.
The built‑in strainer catches unwanted bits, while the raised splatter shield helps minimise spills and splashing. Clear measurement markings support accurate recipe preparation, and the comfortable non‑slip handle ensures steady control.
